Frequently asked
Is pricing per bot?
No. One plan covers every bot you run, and they all share the same monthly message pool.
What counts as a message?
One relayed mention carried into your operator channel, or one reply carried back to the requester. Internal notes and dropped events don't count.
What happens if I hit my message allowance?
New messages are dropped and logged until the month resets. Move up a plan for a larger pool.
What happens if I need more bots?
Starter runs up to 3, Team up to 10, and Business is unlimited within fair use. Upgrade when you reach the cap.
Can I buy extra messages without upgrading?
Not yet. For now, the next plan up is how you get more headroom. Add-on message packs are on the roadmap.
