Cookie policy

The cookies BotFerry sets, what each one does, and how to change your choices. Last updated 28 July 2026.

Our approach

A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. BotFerry uses only the cookies it needs to work: to keep you signed in, to protect its forms, and to remember your cookie choices. We set no advertising or analytics cookies, and nothing here reports to a third party. Cookies that are strictly necessary for a service you asked for need no consent, so today you see a short notice rather than a consent wall. Paying or managing your subscription happens on Stripe's own checkout and portal, where Stripe sets its own cookies under its cookie policy; those are never set by BotFerry.

If we ever add something optional, such as analytics, this page will list it and we will ask for your permission first. It will stay switched off until you agree, and you can change your mind whenever you like.

Cookies we set

Strictly necessary · always on

Keep you signed in and protect forms against forgery. BotFerry cannot run without them, so they need no consent.

Cookie Purpose Set by Lasts
Session Remembers your sign-in as you move between pages. BotFerry (first party) Until you close the browser
__Host-* / csrf_* A one-time token proving a form came from you, not a forged request. BotFerry (first party) Cleared the moment the form is submitted
cookie_consent Remembers your cookie choices, and a random id we log alongside them as proof of your consent. BotFerry (first party) 180 days

Every cookie above is strictly necessary, so there is nothing optional to turn on today.

Changing your choices

Open your cookie preferences at any time to review what BotFerry stores and, once optional cookies exist, to switch them on or off.

You can also clear cookies in your browser settings. Clearing the strictly necessary ones will sign you out and make you accept the cookie notice again.
